5 rounds, each for time and load of:
1 Snatch
1 Snatch, adding 2.5 – 5 kilograms
1 Snatch, adding 2.5 – 5 mor kilograms
Rest as needed between rounds.
Challenge of the month
GHD Ladder:
1 Hip extension + 1 GHD Sit-up
* Voeg elke dag één herhaling toe.
