With a 30-minute running clock, perform:
200m Farmers carry, 22,5kg/15kg
30 Air squats
* In teams of two.
* Partner A does farmers carry while partner B does AMRAP. Switch every time the farmers carry is completed.
* Score is total amount of rounds and reps completed together on the AMRAP.
Challenge of the month – September
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, little starch and no sugar.
