With a continuously running clock complete 5 Thrusters every min (25 thrusters every 5 mins):
From 0:00-5:00 use 35/25 kg
From 5:00-10:00 use 45/30 kg
From 10:00-15:00 use 55/35 kg
*Continue adding 10/5 kg every 5 mins for as long as you are able. Log total number of reps completed.
Challenge of the month
Start with 5 sec hollow body hold
*add 5 sec each day.
