In teams of two, on a 14-minute running clock perform the following:
Partner 1:
200m row
20 sit-ups
Partner 2:
AMRAP of
4 hang power clean, 42,5kg/30kg
4 front squats, 42,5kg/30kg
40 double-unders
Switch after partner 1 finish sit-ups
*Score is total rounds of 4 HPC, 4 FS, 40 DU
